The pool area was a lovely place to relax, and the games room with billiards, darts, and table tennis kept us busy when the weather wasn't great. We also enjoyed the Baltic Sea view from the house, which gave the stay a great holiday feel. The house was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed, so we felt at home right away. It's well placed for walks and trips around the area. We had a really enjoyable stay with family or friends and would gladly come back. We can definitely recommend the pool house.

We had a fantastic winter stay in the pool house. It was spotless and well equipped, and the pool and sauna were the best part. We'd love to return.

We had a wonderful time here. The beach is close enough to walk to, which made for nice relaxed strolls. Near Kühlungsborn, the accommodation had everything we needed, including a pool and sauna, plus a room with billiards and ping-pong.

The kids spent a lot of time in the pool and playing billiards, table tennis, and darts. The house has large, well-equipped rooms, plenty of storage, a garden entrance, and a view of the sea. We had a great holiday and would happily recommend staying here. That said, the cleaning on arrival wasn't finished. We had to clean the kitchen ourselves, and the cleaning staff had to go over it again before it was usable. It also felt like nobody on site really took responsibility, with bulky waste left in the passage to the garden and a sponge-covered door at the swimming pool, for example.

We had everything we needed in this lovely holiday apartment and felt very comfortable. The pool was a little too cold, and the cues could do with replacing, but those were small things for me. We'll definitely come back. Best regards.
