My breakfast table was ready right at 8:00 AM. The place was clean and peaceful, with church bells as the only interruption, and the setting felt really relaxing. Great value for money, too, and the service was impeccable.

We had dinner in a lovely setting, with original Balkan grill. The restaurant prices were very favorable, and the service was excellent.

The fresh basil on my pasta all'arrabiata was stupendous. It was spicy without going overboard, and came after grilled goat cheese with garlic bread. This little garden restaurant is close to the city centre and not far from the river Main, serving a mix of Italian and Croatian food. The vegetarian options taste good, too. I paid less than EUR 20, including half a liter of analcoolic white beer. Highly recommended.

The food seemed like it had just been warmed up, and after 10 minutes it wasn't eatable anymore. I waited 30 minutes before she came over and said she'd forgotten my order. She didn't even apologize, as if it was somehow my fault. Disappointed.

A nice place to stay the night, and I’d certainly recommend it to anyone travelling through Klingenberg. The restaurant is very cozy, and the food is high quality with generous portions for a very reasonable price.
