We were really comfortable at this rustic, cozy inn during our motorcycle trip through the Ore Mountains. The setting is lovely and quiet in the evenings, and the service was excellent. We’d happily come back.

The host stayed up for us, even though we arrived late, and offered us bikers dinner after 10 pm. That was so kind. The accommodation was lovely, everything was clean, and the food was delicious. Thanks for such a great stay. We’d love to return!

Breakfast had fresh rolls, eggs, and a good selection of cold cuts and cheeses. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the owner and staff were friendly. It’s a good hotel base for hiking around Vogtland. I’d definitely recommend it.

The innkeeper was so welcoming. After we arrived late on our motorcycles in heavy rain, he’d kept dinner for us, poured us beer, and even offered to dry our wet riding gear. The breakfast was plentiful and very good, the rooms tidy and clean, and the food was delicious. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot for day trips to the Czech Republic, Bavaria, Thuringia, the Ore Mountains, Oberwiesenthal and the Fichtelberg, the Eibenstock Dam, or the Göltzschtal Bridge. We felt very much at home and would gladly return.
