The sea buckthorn farm shop next door was the one bright spot. The people there were really nice. The house looks lovely from the outside, but our holiday apartment was another story. The fridge was filthy and full of hair. The “kitchen” was a roughly 500-year-old cupboard that was impossible to clean properly, and all the furniture was badly worn and unattractive. We couldn’t use the baby highchair: it was sticky and dirty, broken, and held together with tape. It seems ancient and really ought to be replaced. The baby bed was no better. Our own bed squeaked so loudly every time we moved that we didn’t even want to move around. We got used to it after a few days, but I wouldn’t come back.

The managers were very nice, and these lovely holiday apartments are affordable and right by the Baltic Sea.
