The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were great too. This is a world-class hotel, very modern and comfortable. I slept like a log both nights. Excuse the photos of the lived-in room. I took them as we were leaving, and it was tidy when we arrived! 😁

We were genuinely a little sad to leave and absolutely loved our stay. We’ll most definitely be back. Breakfast had plenty of choice, with a wide range of high-quality ingredients. The rooms were spotless, and the thoughtful amenities stood out. Even a small hair tie made an impression, a little detail that shows how much care goes into the place. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, attentive and genuinely kind. The service was outstanding throughout.

8/10
The staff were professional and genuinely friendly, and our room overlooking the Mosel River was wonderful. We also had a great time in the wellness area. Getting to central Koblenz takes about 20-25 minutes on foot. The checkout day was a letdown: we wanted to use the spa a bit longer, but were quoted an extra €17,5 per person. After paying over €1000 for two nights, that additional charge felt unnecessary. It may not be a huge amount, but having to pay more on top of the stay doesn't make me keen to return.

Really enjoyed staying in Koblenz. The staff were lovely, and both the room and the food were nice.

We had a lovely evening here, with great food at a reasonable price. The staff were welcoming and knew their wines well. There were also excellent non-alcoholic choices, and the food felt refined.
