The best parts for us were the countryside, the view from the pool, the outdoor activities for kids, and the staff, who were ALWAYS lovely. Our apartment was spacious and fine for our family of four, and the spa and pools were good. The beds were very hard and we struggled to sleep, though that's personal preference. The sauna wasn't available all the time, and because of Covid only the Finish sauna could be used. We think that limitation should have been clearly advertised before booking and reflected in the price. We booked through Airbnb and only afterward noticed, hidden under Hausregeln - zusätzliche Regeln, that bed sheets cost 10 Euros and towels 5 Euro, on top of a 2,50 Euro/person/day service fee. We had to pay that even for our one-year-old. A baby bed was 10 Euro/day and a high chair 5 Euro/day. Sorry, we found those charges outrageous and not family friendly, so we brought our own things. Because of Corona we also had to buy a 5 Euro trash bag for our rubbish. We were told we could take it to the dump ourselves, but that would have cost 9 Euros for one bag. That's a lot of hassle for a high-end room price, especially since we also had to vacuum and clean the apartment before checkout.
