I was at the guesthouse for one night. The room was really nice, with new furniture and a comfy bed, though I didn’t like that the bathroom only had a soap dispenser and no little shampoo. The receptionist was okay, but her remark, "deustche ist eine schwere Sprache, ne?" (German is hard, isn’t it?), felt mean and rude. Still, it’s a good place to sleep for a night.

I’d come to Korbach just for this hotel if I get the chance. The breakfast was amazing, easily one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. I was there on a work trip, and the customer service was fantastic. The gentleman at reception gave us great advice and check-in went smoothly. The rooms were super clean and had all the amenities. Highly recommend.

Korbach is worth a visit for its old, traditional German Fachwerk-houses, and Edersee is just a cats jump away, a lovely spot for a day trip. At the hotel, WiFi is included, the breakfast buffet is very high German quality, and the staff are lovely and friendly. Such a cosy place.

The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean with everything you need for your stay. A nice, not-too-big hotel.

A great spot in a beautiful village. The room was great, and the restaurant’s food and beer were delicious.
