It was a standout stay, and I don’t hand out “WOW!” often, so check my reviews. The quiet, lovely place felt like staying with family. We shared meals and drinks, talked, and spent time with the owners and their friends in the beautiful bar/restaurant beside the house. There’s a really friendly cat that rubbed against my legs and sat on my lap, too. I’d recommend it to anyone needing somewhere to stay. It was the best hotel or stay of my vacation.

The building’s a little old and squeaky, but I slept like a baby and would happily return. The people, animals, and atmosphere were lovely. We borrowed bikes for free and had fun cycling to Vianden. When I lost my ring, the whole family helped look for it and found it. Thanks again!

We’ve now stayed twice in the holiday apartment with our child and friends, and had a fantastic time both visits. Hinkelshof is a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy time together. It’s very child-friendly, with a playground, a children’s corner, and animals.

The owners were incredibly friendly, and the place is child-friendly. It’s in a fantastic area for getting out and exploring nature, with a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Much nicer than an overpriced hotel. You really can’t complain!
