The furnishings at these holiday apartments on Maria-Seidel-Straße 22 date back to when the apartments were established in 2000. If all you need is a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and two hotplates, you might be happy here. Anyone wanting comforts closer to home should look elsewhere. The advertised 400 meters to the beach seems to be a straight-line measurement, leaving out the steep cliffs. In apartment 6, the balcony is basically an extension of the stairs up to the terrace, so four people can't really use it. The place also wasn't as quiet as described: the people in house number 20 like to party loudly, more than I'm used to even in the city. There's a small playground about 100 meters around the corner to the right, and a small pub about 100 meters around the corner to the left. We'd pictured something quite different and were glad to head home. We won't book anything in this category again. Price isn't everything.

The beach is nearby, and there are lots of restaurants around. The holiday apartment was lovely, clean, and nicely furnished, with a terrace and barbecue. Highly recommended.

The landlord seems to be relying a lot on Koserow and Usedom's reputation, but the apartment needs work. The shower was broken, the beds were completely worn out, and it hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. Two stars for the location.
