Das Haus am Teich

For our karate group's training camp, the hall is perfect, with plenty of room plus a ping-pong table and foosball. We also like having the whole house and huge garden to ourselves, including the barbecue area and fire pit. The kitchen has what we need, with two big refrigerators. The rooms are quite different, from hostel-style to nicely furnished doubles, and so are the beds, from metal bunks to box-spring doubles. That doesn't bother us. The house is clean, and the hosts are friendly, cooperative, and quick to answer questions. The village itself has little entertainment, but Krakow am See is a five-minute drive away, with an outdoor pool, volleyball court, restaurants, and bowling. We've been coming for camp for the past two years, and we'll definitely be back.

The hall was the highlight for us, and the garden pond made a lovely little oasis. We had a great stay with our large family of 18, and there was enough room for both the five younger children and the seniors. Everything was well organized, and the service was excellent. It's just a shame the kitchen is on the top floor, though that can't be changed. We highly recommend Haus am Teich.

We had a wonderful time and are very grateful. The grill and campfire were fantastic, and with the whole house to ourselves for three days, our group of 19 had plenty of space. Booking and getting introduced to the house both went smoothly. Someone was always available to answer questions and help with problems, doing their best to make our stay pleasant. I'd highly recommend the house and would book it again in a heartbeat.

The garden seating area at the back was a lovely spot to relax and have a fire. We were 23 people and had plenty of room, and the rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. It's a good place for a party, and the owners are tolerant of noise and late nights. We had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend it.
