The breakfast was a lovely start to the day, served with a view across the garden. Our room was spacious, with thoughtful design and a really comfortable bed. Sonja looked after everything so kindly. We’ll be back soon!

We felt very welcome here. The host was warm and easygoing, and our room was roomy and spotless. Breakfast was delicious, with local foods. The property sits in a great spot by a stream and walking path. We’ll definitely return.

It had such a cozy, almost Christmas-at-home feel. The host is a really sweet lady, and breakfast was delicious too. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

The wood throughout makes the renovated guesthouse feel especially cozy. Vroni Halmbacher now runs it as "FANNY's Guesthouse," and her graphic design work is on display in the hallway in the form of lovely drawings and graphics. Breakfast was excellent, and Vroni was a wonderful host. I’ll definitely come back.

That quiet side street and the mountain view made a lovely setting for our stay at Mrs. Bartl's. The cozy room had a balcony, and our hostess was very friendly. We felt comfortable and on vacation almost as soon as we arrived. Breakfast was lovingly prepared, especially the homemade muesli. We’d love to return to Lake Tegernsee and hope Mrs. Bartl has a room for us next time. Thumbs up!
