This was my second stay, and I've decided summer is a time to avoid. The air conditioning wasn't working in any of the three rooms I tried, each had an error on the control board, and the reception staff didn't know how to help. It was close to 40 degrees and I could hardly breathe. There was no maintenance team or anyone else available. I won't be back. I wish there were a rating below one star.

The fortress is only a five-minute walk away, and there are several places to eat nearby, including a cocktail bar next door. There's also a great restaurant downstairs. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The Smart TV supports Netflix and YouTube.

The hotel sits in one of the city's oldest areas, with narrow cobbled streets that make the surroundings really beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was good. I also loved the bathroom. The rooms are individually designed across two separate buildings, and the hotel includes s'Antla, a good restaurant and beer brewery. A heads-up about the garage: it's very tight to enter and maneuver inside, and there's an extra charge. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone used to US-sized parking spaces. The receptionist told me that staff can park the car for you, and that they're insured to do so.

The main building has a restaurant with a pleasant outdoor terrace, and Antlabräu's small brewery is on its lower level. The hotel itself is split between two buildings facing one another. The beds were comfortable, too.

There's a brewery on site, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a traditional hotel.
