The Schütz family were so accommodating at breakfast, adjusting it to guests' needs when asked. Each morning they served a generous, freshly prepared meal in a separate breakfast room shared by the three guest rooms. Thank you so much! I stayed overnight in a stylish room in the hosts' house, with a balcony, mountain views, a shower bathroom, and parking on their property. Excellent value and superb customer service. I'd highly recommend it, and it's definitely on our list for our next trip to Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

We had such a lovely time, and the family were always ready with help or advice whenever we needed it. Everything was top-notch, from breakfast and the location to the cleanliness, friendliness, and service. No complaints at all. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

The rooms at Andreas' holiday home were excellent and cleaned every day. Breakfast had a great choice of cold cuts, with fresh fruit daily, plus yogurt and eggs whenever requested. The Schütz family were incredibly friendly and always available if we had questions. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommended! :)

The hosts made the place feel welcoming and personal. They were warm, helpful, happy to chat, and accommodating when we had requests. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good and plentiful. We also got restaurant and activity suggestions, along with useful information from the host. We'd gladly come back.

The bathroom was great, and there's an Aldi nearby. You get breakfast and a comfortable bed for good value. The room isn't for anyone with high expectations, but if you care about hospitality, this is a good choice. I'd come back. 👍
