The staff, location, parking, and delicious breakfast were all great. I’d happily return, but would choose a different room next time. We stayed in room 5, where the walls didn’t block much sound, and the ventilation from the Italian restaurant downstairs hummed constantly. The bathroom was in excellent condition. There was a lot of paint on the heater, but it still worked fine. The bedroom, with its wardrobe and TV, was perfectly adequate, and the lovely floor-to-ceiling window opened all the way. We mentioned a few defects in the room, and they were dealt with right away. The hotel has plenty of potential.

The room was spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. We got a very warm welcome, and breakfast was good. Seating in the breakfast room was the one issue. We were lucky to find a place each time, but other guests had to wait.

The location is first-class, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of breakfast, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were okay. Still, the hotel has seen better days. It needs renovation throughout, starting with the flooring.
