We stayed in apartment 3 at Sonnenresidenz 2. It was nicely furnished and a good size. The only issue was the duplex garage. No one wanted to use it, and everyone tried to park outside instead, even though there were just three spaces. Aside from that, it was great.

The parking setup would keep me from booking in Building 2 again, though I’d try for Building 1, where each apartment has an assigned space. The apartment itself was beautiful, quiet, centrally located, and furnished wonderfully, with the lovely beach only a three-minute walk away. Building 2 has an underground space for each apartment, but it’s a double parking system with a maximum height of 1.50 m, and many cars are taller. If your car won’t fit, there are three extra free spaces at the building, some under a tree. But there are 14 apartments, and no free parking nearby. What a shame. I’d give the apartment five stars otherwise.

We had a simply but nicely furnished apartment, but parking was a constant hunt and came with extra costs. The shower was the bigger problem: black mold in the silicone and the screen was coming loose from its frame. The building manager said they already knew about it. Why keep renting out an apartment like that? I find it grossly negligent.

In apartment 10, we felt very comfortable. The rooms were bright and cheerfully furnished. The beach is only a few minutes away on foot, and you’re right in the center, close to lots of restaurants and places to shop.
