I waited almost two hours just to get the accommodation address, then arrived to find a regular apartment with overstuffed beds. The rooms may have been new, but the cleanliness was unclear, and the place didn't look like the nice new rooms advertised. I didn't stay and went to another hotel. Maybe the other accommodations are different, but I doubt it. It feels like a gamble. No thanks.
