Hotel Opal

The rooms are okay, but the website says 80 euros per person and I had to pay 156 when I arrived to check in for one night.

An okay hotel close to the fair.

I was here this week on a business trip, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a selection that left nothing out. The room had every comfort I could think of and felt like home. When small issues came up, the staff dealt with them quickly and efficiently. The team's friendliness and service are outstanding, which feels rare these days. Thanks to everyone for making the stay so welcoming and comfortable. Warm wishes from Bielefeld, M. Siekmann

We came for one night to see a concert at the ZAG Arena, and the location was perfect. It was a 10-minute walk, and the hotel has free parking in an underground garage. Our room was on the second floor. I can imagine the street-facing side might be noisy, but we had no trouble. The staff were very courteous and friendly. We paid an extra €15 per person for breakfast the next day, and I have no complaints. There was water, juice, tea, coffee, fresh fruit, muesli, rolls, toast, cold cuts like sausage and cheese, cream cheese, jam and Nutella, plus eggs. I found the eggs a little overcooked, but it wasn't a problem. There was also a tomato and mozzarella platter and fresh vegetables. The room was clean and spacious enough, and the bathroom looked recently renovated. We're very satisfied and would definitely return if we get another chance. Thanks for a lovely stay!
