The balcony view was fantastic, and we were lucky to have a parasol out there. Inside, everything was nicely furnished and spotless. We paid €55 per night for three people, which seemed totally fair. There was a problem with a lamp at first, but we reported it and it was sorted in about 10 minutes. Service was great. It really is idyllic, with lovely apartments and a beautiful view. The building is a bit isolated, though, and the hills nearby are steep enough to make getting around on foot difficult. We usually walked down in the morning and back up with all our stuff, which was quite a climb in the hot sun. That made it four stars for us.

The south-facing balcony was great for breakfast outside, though in October you'll want a blanket. From the apartment, the view across the Lamer Valley towards Osser and Großer Arber was magnificent. It was a heavenly break in a beautifully furnished apartment, with clean air and a wonderfully relaxing feel. The area is also a good base for hikes, outings, and sightseeing if you're in the mood for activities. At Osserbad, we could ease our tired muscles and unwind.

We had a lovely view from the functionally furnished apartment, and it was a good base for excursions. Unfortunately, a major construction site right next door woke us every morning at 7 a.m. Construction workers also took up the few parking spaces. The booking portal hadn't mentioned any of this.

We got a small welcome gift, and the hosts were very friendly. The apartment was clean, cozy, and quiet, with charming furnishings. A top-notch place to use as a base for exploring the region.
