Pension An der Laute

We had a really nice weekend here with several families and the kids. The large, restaurant-style kitchen has a pizza oven, which we used on the evening we arrived. The rooms are each furnished with a lot of care, and there's a roomy common area where we all ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I'd highly recommend it.

Updated 2024: We booked the place for a group of about 15 and had lots of room. Since it used to be a restaurant, there's a big kitchen with everything needed for cooking. You can even order groceries in advance from the nearby supermarket. The place was spotless and we were thrilled. Six years ago, we also stayed here as guests and found it clean and nice, with a delicious breakfast.

We had a group of 20 here for two nights. The rooms were clean, tidy, and practical, and the house felt cozy and well equipped. We cooked some great meals together in the large kitchen. It has more charm than a youth hostel, and the free pool table was a nice extra. Ms. Schiffmann was welcoming, helpful, and easy to reach. When the dishwasher broke on day two, she washed all our dishes herself so we could enjoy our stay. I really appreciated that, thank you! The garden is large, well equipped, and in a beautiful spot, but the weather meant we couldn't use it. Highly recommended.

We rented the whole house for 17 guests and our dogs. The outside looks rather understated, but inside it's lovely. Everyone could celebrate together in the cozy dining room and sleep in the ten beautifully furnished rooms. The pool table unexpectedly became the center of the party and was a great way for the guests to get to know each other. The landlady did everything we asked. We'll definitely be back.
