The local Zeppelin beer is worth trying, and the food comes in generous portions. Staff are friendly, and the location is great. Book ahead, though, since it tends to get busy.

We were charged for a soup I never even tasted, because it was the wrong one and the waitress wouldn't remove it from the bill. We'd ordered two soups, told her several times she'd brought the wrong order, and had to insist before she took it back. She wouldn't acknowledge the mistake or apologize. The service was totally unacceptable, and I wouldn't go back.

This was the best place we stayed during our two-week motorcycle trip through ten countries. The accommodation and food were fantastic, and the owners and staff were so helpful and friendly. Such a welcoming atmosphere. Brilliant!

We only ate at the restaurant and didn't stay there. I always enjoy the food, simple but tasty.
