FeWo Bayha "Lerchenhaus"

Langenargen is a lovely town and a handy base for trips, and the landlords were friendly and helpful. We stayed at the holiday apartment at Lerchenhaus for 14 days with our 16-year-old son, and we’d gladly return. The apartment was spotless and had room for all of us, with two well-equipped bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, plus another toilet on the ground floor. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper, and the bedrooms had large wardrobes, dressers, and enough hangers. The mattresses were firm without being hard, and we all slept well. An iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner were provided too. We made good use of the terrace. It’s spacious, with loungers and cushioned chairs, a large table, two extra parasols, and an electric awning that also shades the dining room. The windows had roller shutters except in the upstairs bathroom and across the dining area, where blackout curtains covered the large doors to the terrace. Inside, the dining table extends and the chairs and sofa are comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cutlery, plus rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets for the whole stay. The fridge and freezer were clean and large enough. Penny is nearby, and Edeka is a four-minute bike ride away, across from the train station. We especially liked the bowls from the deli and the natural outdoor swimming pool, with its long jetty into Lake Constance. The homemade ice cream there was delicious.

The location was great, and the hosts made everything easy with excellent communication. The home itself was spacious, modern, and well equipped. We’d love to return.
