I called twice and sent an email to try to book. The boss lady said it might be possible and that I should wait for her reply. No reply ever came. So unprofessional.

We had a lovely apartment with a balcony and great beds, and I rarely feel as welcome and comfortable as I did here. Hotel Winkel is in a central spot, just steps from the lake, with bars, restaurants, and a bakery right nearby. It's a very nice family-run hotel, and the staff are extremely friendly.

The savory breakfast was good, though there were practically no sweets, which Italians tend to like. It's a small family-run place, with free parking out front. Our room was large, with a little terrace, a comfortable bed, and a big, clean bathroom.

I've stayed here many times and never had a bad experience. It's a well-kept, comfortable hotel with clean, welcoming rooms, a good regional breakfast, a sauna and wellness area, and very friendly staff. The setting in Langenargen is quiet, though it's not right on the lakefront; the promenade is just a short walk away. I highly recommend it if you're after affordable, comfortable accommodation.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and the breakfast buffet was great. It's in a quiet spot close to the promenade, and the train gets you to Friedrichshafen or Lindau quickly. A wonderful family hotel, with very friendly management and staff.
