Seevital Hotel

We paid 850€ a night for a three-bedroom suite with half board. The suite was beautiful and the lake view amazing, but we won't return. There was no body lotion, and dinner took an absurdly long time. They seemed not to care that we had children aged 11 and 8: we waited 40 minutes from ordering to the starter, another 30 for the main course, and 18 for dessert. The hotel has a parking lot eight minutes away by car, but nobody answered the phone to come pick us up, so we waited there for half an hour.

Right by the lake, the hotel has beautiful views and sunsets, and the breakfast was very good, with fresh orange juice. It needs renovation, though, including a better elevator and a balcony. Parking for guests is a must.

Over half the tables were empty, but they still refused to seat me alone and said they might have a table in an hour and a half. This has happened before. That kind of service belongs in the 20th century. Does hotel management realize its waiters are driving customers away?

The lake views are like the nicest wallpaper you could imagine, and the location is perfect. For a business trip, the room suited my needs, though its layout was odd and not very comfortable for a four-star hotel. The restaurant was the worst part. It was closed for private events most of the time, and when we did get a table, the prices were high. Breakfast, on the other hand, was delicious.
