We had a spacious, well-equipped room with two single beds, a balcony with seating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, TV, and a shower with complimentary gel and towels. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and most of the staff spoke excellent English, which made things comfortable. There was plenty of free parking, including an EV charging station, and the front of the hotel looks out over picturesque hills. We arrived Monday for a two-night stay at REBgut – Die Weinherberge. The restaurant on site is closed on Mondays, and there aren't many places to eat nearby. The helpful receptionist pointed us to an Italian restaurant about a 10-minute walk away. We ate at the hotel restaurant on Tuesday, and the steak was one of the best I've ever had. 10/10. I'd highly recommend it to leisure or business travelers looking for a quiet, scenic, well-maintained place.

The rooms are modern and well equipped, breakfast was excellent, and reception staff were enthusiastic and hospitable, with English spoken there. The hotel seems to have an excellent upper-end dining venue, though we ate elsewhere. It's very well situated above Lauda, with great views. We'd definitely come back. The town itself is pleasant, if a little limited compared with some of its neighbors on the Romantic Road.

The hotel sits in beautiful, peaceful surroundings, and the rooms are comfortable. Dinner was excellent, but the people we dealt with were awful. We were on a business trip with colleagues from several countries, and none of us could speak German. The staff were so rude, as if we were aliens. Staying here for work was pleasant enough overall, but I wouldn't choose it for a holiday. A wellness area would be nice too 🙂

We had a great view, a clean room with very comfortable beds, and a parking spot right in front of the hotel. The food was excellent, and the suggested wines paired really well. Our waiter was outstanding and answered all our questions. Breakfast was delicious. We weren't very hungry, but the manager wasn't satisfied with what we chose and gave us a Sekt Orange on the house. That was generous and much appreciated. Staying at Rebgut was well worth the time and money as the start of our wine tour through Southern Germany.

We stayed for two nights in a cosy, modern room. Breakfast was okay and the service was good. One small suggestion: a hook on the bathroom door would be perfect for hanging clothes while showering 😊
