We stayed in February, and even then I can imagine this place being wonderful in any season. Our modern, beautiful E type flat, number 11, was above the restaurant, with sea views from every window. It had everything we needed, and the staff were really nice. An unforgettable stay, and I recommend it without hesitation.

We had to cancel at very short notice for private reasons, even though the contract clearly said we would have to pay. The service team still worked hard to rebook the house, and in the end our money was refunded without us having to do anything. Excellent, friendly service. Thank you to the team.

The stilt-house was very clean, and we were welcomed by such friendly staff. We got to explore a little of the island and would like to see the rest. We're already talking about returning in summer, when there should be more activities to do. What a wonderful place.

Rügen is fantastic, but we won't stay at Im-Jaich again. We paid € 575 for six nights, from 13 - 20 Oct. 2015, in an ice-cold apartment. The heating was switched off at 11pm and only came back on the next morning. At 2pm there were about 10 c. inside. Our 3-year-old daughter caught a cold, and we had to sleep in our clothes. We told reception about the problem, but they didn't care at all.
