The rooms were clean and reasonably priced. I'd have rated the place higher if there had been staff on site after hours. I arrived after 10pm on a late flight, with the restaurant and bar already closed, and left before 8am the next morning. There was no staff around during that whole period. On a previous visit, when I stayed at another hotel, I ate at the restaurant and loved the succulent steak. They had a nice beer selection too, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Dinner at Gasthaus Am Flughafen with my partner was a nice experience. The lounge is cozy and well looked after, and it's just outside HHN airport, about a five-minute walk. The food was nice and came out quickly. Our waiter spoke English, was kind throughout, and kept smiling. We'll be back.

The location makes this a good choice for an early flight, as Frankfurt Hahn airport is within 10 minutes. Our room was big and comfortable, and both check-in and checkout were easy. The hostess was friendly. A nice place for a night near the airport.

I haven't stayed overnight, so I can't comment on the accommodation. I can vouch for the restaurant, though: the food is always hot, perfectly cooked, and tasty. The staff are just as good, consistently friendly and helpful. I'd recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting Lautzenhausen.

A cozy, old-style hotel right next to HHN airport, with warm rooms, hot water, good Wi-Fi, a big parking area, and a nice restaurant on the ground floor. The boss and staff are very polite.
