We liked having a calm morning in Leer’s lovely centre, and this hotel made a relaxing stop on the trip. The rooms are bright and roomy enough. Booking on the website includes breakfast and a minibar with plenty of drinks and snacks, and hotel guests can park for free.

The included minibar was a nice extra, and breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful, and the room was very clean. One of Leer’s best places to stay, in my view.

We booked by phone and got really good guidance while choosing between three local hotels for our long weekend. The staff were helpful and the management attentive throughout. The rooms are spacious, bright, and well kept. It’s also a handy base for walking to the shops or cycling out of town.

We were amazed by how good this place was. The lounge is spacious, with a fireplace that makes it a lovely spot to relax, and the restaurant next door, Pier 23, was excellent: good wines, quick service, and great food. Our room was roomy, quiet, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a great walk-in shower. Service was friendly and courteous. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels, and this is among the best. We’ll be back, please keep it just as it is!
