The service was awful. After another receptionist gave us the wrong room, we were told after one night to pay twice the price. We were confused, but the receptionist accused us of cheating and said it was probably because we were Chinese and didn't know the rules. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, especially after living in Europe for 8 years. The receptionist was very rude, told us to shut up and leave, and didn't give us receipts. We left after one night despite booking two, and he said he would charge our credit card anyway. When we arrived, I was a bit sick and wanted hot water, but there was no receptionist after 10 pm, no phone in the room, no water cooler and no water in the room. A really bad experience.

The rooms were clean, and although the bathroom was small, it was clean too. Breakfast service was really good, with simple food of good quality. The hotel was very expensive for what it offered, though that was understandable during the Hannover Fair.

I've travelled around Europe for years and never seen a hotel like this one claiming to be 3-star. I was disappointed by the poor quality and the rude receptionist. After looking up other reviews online, I saw that I wasn't the only one with this kind of experience. They asked us to write a good review, and I expect I wasn't the only guest they asked. I refused.

A great place to stop while crossing Germany. The welcome was very nice, and the rooms were large, quiet and comfortable.

A nice, clean hotel. You can have a room right in front of your car in the parking area. It's about a 5-minute drive from the highway, and pets were accepted at no extra charge.
