This is a self-check-in place, so I didn't meet any staff. I needed an invoice and had to contact the person in charge many times on WhatsApp. She issued one for a different amount than I had paid, saying it included a tourism fee. When I asked for an invoice showing what I actually paid, she refused and sent two separate bills, which my employer wouldn't accept. The money isn't really the point; I hated the way the staff treated customers. Guests should be treated with respect. I won't book here again and don't recommend it.

The hosts were always available and gave us helpful tips for exploring the city, and the location made many sights easy to reach quickly. We felt welcome and well looked after from the start. The rooms were clean, cozy and charmingly furnished. Everything was perfect for us, and we'd love to return. I can wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse.
