The rooms themselves were fine, though ours was right by the noisy trams. My bigger concerns were that payment was cash only, with no real effort to help guests who couldn't readily get cash, and that check-in felt confusing and outdated. The front desk wasn't staffed consistently either. Hospitality is a profession, not a part-time hobby. I added a star in good faith, but hope these issues get addressed. This is about cash access and the actual experience, not the noise complaints some people have raised.

Good spot, with restaurants and a grocery store close by. The service was kind, the place was clean, and the price was reasonable.

A decent budget place if you don't mind being outside the center of Leipzig.
