8/10
The room was spacious, and the bed was adequate, but street noise was disruptive, especially early in the morning when the windows were open. There wasn't enough light in the room either, and no desk lamp, which made working or reading difficult. We stayed for two nights and didn't see any staff. Check-in was entirely through a code, so the lack of interaction and minimalist feel made the place seem cold and unwelcoming. If you're after something personal or cozy, this may not be the right choice.

I've tried several times to change my reservation by phone, Instagram, and email, but still haven't received a response.

The spacious room felt luxurious, bright, and amazing. The view of the American consulate wasn't disturbing, and there was enough parking. It's just under 10 minutes on foot to the city centre. I'd give the place a 9,5. Next time I come back to Leipzig, I'll book here again.

The location is perfect, you can get around on foot without needing a taxi or anything. The room had a nice view, and it was luxurious and really nice. Everything you need is there.

The view and the room were great, and so was the service. I'd recommend staying here in Leipzig.
