There are plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors nearby, including an 18 km route around the lake. The setting is ideal, with lovely water views, a large terrace facing the lake, and a very good restaurant.

We came to Lake Dümmer for the day, so I can't say anything about the rooms. The café is nicely furnished and decorated, indoors and out, and everything was very clean, even the restrooms. The cakes and tarts looked great and tasted just as good. There's a good range of hot and cold drinks, and the service was quick and friendly. A lovely café, always worth a visit.
