The cycling and hiking trail runs right by the house, and there’s parking out front plus a large free public lot nearby if needed. It’s easy to get to restaurants, the cable car, supermarket, and train station. There’s also bread delivery, a drinks fridge, and plenty of room to store e-bikes or bicycles. Everything is clean, well-equipped, and organized in a straightforward way. We highly recommend it.

You feel at home right away in these nicely furnished apartments. The hosts are friendly and the service is good, with breakfast rolls available at a reasonable price. Some apartments, for example “Gams,” welcome dogs. The location is excellent too, about 300 m from the supermarket and not far from either the station or town center. Highly recommended.

The house has some nice extras, including a ski storage room, a children's playroom, and a sauna in the great wellness area. Our family of four spent a week in a holiday apartment owned by the Heiß family and felt very comfortable. It was cozy, spotlessly clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen.

We’ve stayed here twice and hope to make it back many more times. It’s a beautiful apartment in a gorgeous setting, and the family is friendly and helpful. Fresh, delicious bread arrived each morning. Such a lovely place to unwind and enjoy a holiday, and we definitely recommend it.
