I was so grateful that the staff found me a wheelchair to use after I got injured during our stay. They were incredibly accommodating. The hotel is in a lovely, quiet spot, with a fantastic pool, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone on staff was very, very nice. Such a wonderful hotel, and we're sure to visit again. I only have good things to say!

We got there around noon after an overseas flight, and although check-in wasn't until 4:00 PM, the staff let us have a room early. I've stayed here several times, most recently in early October 2024, and it was great again. The hotel is quite amazing, almost perfect. The onsite restaurant serves very good food, and breakfast is quite nice too. My one small drawback is for early risers like me: if you want a cup of coffee before breakfast, you have to wait until breakfast is served. Apart from that, this is the place to stay!

We really loved the food and the service was nice. Dinner was great! We didn't think to take photos before eating, and you can tell the chef knows how to cook authentic Black Forest food.

Traditional German food was the highlight, and we had a nice time. The waiters could have been friendlier, though, and there was no music. Service wasn’t the best.
