We stayed overnight in one of the train cars and had breakfast here afterward. At 8am, when it was supposed to open, there wasn't much ready, and there were fewer coffee cups than guests. The quality didn't come close to justifying the price. There's nothing else available for miles and miles.

It’s in a great spot by the Oder. I drove there, though most people arrived by bike and stopped for a nice coffee. The service was very nice.

Dinner was sensational, and the price felt completely fair. I stopped at the Maschinenhaus while cycling the Oder-Neisse Cycle Path, and would wholeheartedly recommend staying there. The owners are friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. You can see that care in the room furnishings, and the rooms have a lovely view of the Oder River.

The food was excellent, beautifully prepared and presented, far better than we expected. A perfect 10/10! The rooms are good, though there’s no elevator, so keep that in mind. It’s right on the Oder River and Oder/Neisse Cycle Path, with a fantastic view and a very quiet setting.
