Breakfast and dinner were good, the facilities were clean and fresh, and the reception staff were polite. The breakfast team was wonderful, and they even made us sandwiches for our early departure. Still, it fell short of five stars for me. We were about 20 people staying for a week and had been using the public area each night, but on our last evening we were told it was booked for a party and couldn't use it. There'd been no warning, which was really disappointing. Paying by card was also inconsistent: one night it was fine, but another night I suddenly couldn't use my card to pay for a drink.

We’re already looking forward to coming back. The food was delicious, and there was a great breakfast included every morning. The hotel was really clean, with good Wi-Fi and an elevator, and it’s in a great location. The owners speak good English, and the staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. We had a really great stay.

The building looks really cool, with wood and stone. Everyone was friendly, and both the restaurant and service were okay. The rooms feel a bit old, and there’s no air conditioning. Nothing wrong with choosing this hotel, but nothing especially memorable either.

I love this place. The menu feels like a dream come true, and the waiters are really nice. Inside, the architecture is lovely and the furnishings are well placed. It’s obviously expensive, but I’d go again. A 10/10 for me.

The accommodation is really good, and the food’s pretty good with several options. The only downsides are that restaurant service can be slow sometimes and it’s often overbooked.
