The staff were so kind and helpful, and really adapted to what we needed. The location is excellent too, with restaurants, the Christmas market, the port and Rewe market all within walking distance. I'll definitely be back!

The service was the best part. The staff were so nice and made us feel like close neighbors, which really made the stay different. The breakfast was lovely, and the location is central. We had a big enough room for two adults and our dog, with a great view from the fifth floor. Our dog loves this place.

Everyone on staff was caring and patient with my kids, even though we don't speak German. Moritz greeted us, was so friendly with them, and helped make the whole stay perfect. The rooms were cozy and spotless in a perfect central location, and breakfast had plenty of variety, with fresh, quality food. Many thanks!

The people were really kind and helpful, and the customer service was so friendly. My family and I haven't seen breakfast this healthy and tasty in other hotels. Definitely recommend staying here.
