The breakfast is good and plentiful, and it’s included with the stay. The hotel is simple and could use some maintenance, especially in the shower. Adding AC would be useful too.

The location was really handy, directly opposite the train station, with no noise or issues. Our rooms were large and clean, though a little dated, which is just personal taste and opinion. We stayed for NYE, and the brilliant staff were helpful and really friendly. They made the stay even better!

The mattress was terribly hard, and that’s what kept this from getting five stars from me. Everything else made me want to come back. The staff were super friendly and gave us detailed information about the area, including a free map. It’s an awesome spot near the harbor and opposite the train station. We came by motorcycle and were pleasantly surprised to be offered a space in the hotel garage. Breakfast had a great buffet with lots to choose from. There was no AC, but the fan did its job. No fridge or mini bar in the room, though there’s a vending machine in the lobby. I can’t say anything about the wi-fi because we didn’t try it, sorry. Check out is at 11, but they told us we could use free lockers if we needed to store our things longer while enjoying the area. We could also keep using the parking garage after check out. We’ll stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

The rooms are clean and have what you’d expect from a 3 star hotel, though there’s nothing special about them. The staff are friendly and know their stuff, and the location is convenient. The breakfast buffet was out of this world, with every sliced meat and cheese you could think of, all sorts of breads and rolls, plus fruit, salad, cereals and yoghurt. A 5 star hotel could be proud of that breakfast. Happy to recommend the place, and I’d definitely return to Lindau.
