10/10
Breakfast was enjoyable, and getting there by car was easy, with no trouble finding the parking spaces. The room had everything I needed, and the wellness area was fantastic. I was very happy with the whole stay and would definitely recommend it.

8/10
The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. The spa was clean and well looked after, though the water could have been 1-2 degrees warmer. I'm an average swimmer, so it was still fine. The room was clean but a little dated, and the hotel bar was good, with cocktails priced at 7-9 euros. Free parking in front of the hotel was limited, but the garage is available for 4 euros a day. It was a quiet, good-value stay, and I'd come back.

We had a great holiday with the extended family. There was loads of snow, and the slopes weren't too far away.

The karaoke night was such fun, and I didn't expect to find a karaoke bar in this area. The staff were really friendly and easy to approach. The food was okay, though it could be a bit better. My main concern was the hotel's upkeep, as it seems well overdue for renovations. Still, the stay was generally pleasant.

The food was good, and the room was very clean. Staff were friendly, and the reception team handled a reservation problem quickly and professionally. I would have liked brighter lighting in the swimming pool and for the second sauna to be in service. Even with those issues, I'd rate the hotel and everything 9/10.
