The Wi-Fi kept having problems, and the room was cold with a sewage smell. Breakfast was small too.

At 3:40 pm I arrived to find my room still uncleaned. They gave me a coffee as compensation, which is why I'm giving one star. Nothing was replenished during the stay: the trash wasn't taken out, and neither the shampoo nor anything else was topped up. For two nights, I got just 9ml of shower gel and 7ml of shampoo. There wasn't even a glass of water in the room. The furniture was old, shabby, and ugly, and I felt uncomfortable as soon as I walked in. The worst part was the toilet paper situation. There was no dispenser, and the previous guest had left a partly used roll covered in feces. The price was outrageous for this experience, and the value for money was completely unacceptable. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I won't book there again and can't recommend it at all.
