The peaceful surroundings were lovely, and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace when the weather was good. There’s also a large living room for rainy days. The apartment was very clean and roomy, with four bedrooms, which worked perfectly for our family gathering. It had everything we needed, and we’d happily return.

The price for an overnight stay was surprisingly low, and the hosts were both lovely. They were happy to give useful advice when we asked. We even spotted a Great Kite, an Osprey, Falcons, and a hummingbird moth nearby. The whole ground floor is yours, with four bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with showers and toilets, a comfortable living room, and a sunny terrace. The house may not be very modern, but it’s spotless, and you can tell the hosts have a lot of experience welcoming guests. A hearty 5 out of 10!

The apartment is centrally located, with hiking trails and playgrounds close by. Daun, Mayen, Klotten leisure park, and the Manderscheid castles and Maren are all easy to reach, and we recommend visiting them. We were seven, four adults and three children, and the Pomerlan family welcomed us warmly. They were always there with advice and help. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Thanks again to the Pomerlan family for such a lovely stay.

We had plenty of room for all 8 of us, and there were 2 bathrooms. The apartment was clean, cozy, and great. The landlords were friendly. Simply wonderful, we’ll definitely come back.
