I’d been staying here for work about once a month for two years, and things were fine until my most recent visit. I arrived late and only noticed in the morning that the sheets were still soiled and hadn’t been changed. I’d also been bitten by bed bugs. The hotel didn’t apologize to me. When my employer contacted them, they got defensive and apologized only then. A couple of weeks later, a colleague was bitten too and also got no apology. I’d stay away.

The rooftop pool and the service were good, and otherwise I liked the hotel. But be careful about leaving your belongings in the room. Cash was taken from my bag while I was out visiting the city. I told the staff and got no follow-up. Reception only said the cleaning company was outsourced.

The rooms are tiny by US standards, but they were extremely clean, and the staff were great and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t huge, though there was a bit of everything. Dinner, made to order, was amazing. We were visiting from the USA and were glad this little gem worked out so well. It’s just 30 minutes from the airport, and there were no sirens or loud cars. I’d recommend it and would stay again.

I wouldn’t recommend it at the price they charge. The rooftop bar and pool were rented out, and hotel staff said this had been disclosed to booking parties. After I spoke with AMEX travel, it turned out the hotel had lied about that.

The rooftop bar, swimming pool and well-equipped gym all made a great impression on me. It’s a lovely, well-kept hotel with a cozy feel, a great breakfast and really friendly staff.
