The spa, pool and gym were good, and the location was great. Breakfast was okay, though a bit repetitive. Dinner was the bigger disappointment: less variety, and worse than the food in my company cafeteria. I wish the cooking matched the place.

Breakfast was delicious, the wine was great, and the area is lovely.

Our room was big and amazing, with a diamond theme. It would be nice to have the chance to choose the theme, but it was okay. The buffet offered a wide range of dishes, and the spa was awesome, even though some facilities were closed because of corona.

The gardens are kept in good shape, and the flowers around them and on the room balconies are superb. Food was excellent, and the breakfast selection was generous enough to set you up for the day. The rooms feel a little dated, and all the signs are only in German.

A lovely spot for a romantic getaway, with excellent pools and saunas. The food was good, if not fantastic, and they accommodated food allergies. The pillows were horrible for a hotel like this. When we asked for different ones, we were first told there’d be no problem, but after they didn’t arrive, we asked again and were told there weren’t really other options. When something different finally came, they brought just one pillow, not two.
