The area is great for walking, with Königsstuhl nearby. We had a lovely apartment that was fully equipped, and the hostess and host were both really friendly.

I felt right at home in this spacious, quiet apartment, which has modern furnishings and two balconies. There are four apartments in the building, plus a large garden with several places to sit and a covered barbecue spot. Sassnitz and the lovely beach near Glowe are only a few minutes away by car. Königsstuhl takes about a 40-minute walk to reach.

Spotlessly clean, and the host was easy to reach without ever hovering. This is the kind of holiday I like, a bit like the good old days 😉
