The town has plenty of places to eat, and the restaurant list at reception helped us choose. Most of those restaurants are just a short walk away. We stayed here because it’s almost halfway between the UK and Sweden, about 10 km from the autobahn, and easy to find. The hotel is modern and spotless, and our room was warm and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. We parked in the underground garage for €6 per 24 hours. Self check-in was easy. You can switch the machine to English, pay outside, and collect your room key once payment is complete. You can return the key there or leave it at reception. There’s also a free water dispenser near reception, along with vending and coffee machines. Breakfast was a good continental spread and more than enough for us. I think boiled eggs and something more substantial were available if you wanted them.

The rooms are very nice, but there’s no fridge or mini bar, and no air conditioning.

The rooms are quiet and very tidy, with a modern concept dating from 2018. Breakfast is available at the bakery next door, which connects directly to the hotel. It’s equipped according to “I4.0” and uses an automatic IoT concept.

The rooms are beautiful and it’s a nice hotel. Breakfast isn’t included, and you have to eat at the bakery next door in the same building.

I’m back for my second visit, and I’m sure it won’t be my last. It’s a really nice hotel in a very pleasant town.
