Our room was roomy, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and we got a sweet note and coffee in the morning. After a long trip and a tiring wander around Leipzig and nearby, we were glad to find such a cozy, welcoming place. They greeted us warmly even though we arrived late without planning ahead, with our dog along. The owner is friendly and clearly loves animals. We have no complaints and would gladly stay again if we get the chance. We can recommend Hotel zum Hirsch.

We found a place at short notice and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were large and spotless, with very comfortable beds, and the value for money was excellent. The owner was polite and accommodating, and loves animals. They were available outside normal working hours and let us check in shortly after 10 pm. We'd book here again anytime.

The quality was extremely low despite the very high prices, so the price-to-performance ratio felt completely wrong. Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing.

We attended a large birthday celebration, so I can only comment on the food and service. The buffet in the evening had something for every taste and left nothing to be desired, while the cake buffet was a dream. Everything was carefully prepared and up to fine-dining standards. The service was very friendly, quick, courteous, and attentive, and every request was met. Thank you to the Hotel "Zum Hirsch" for a wonderful time.
