It was quiet and comfortable during my two nights here, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The rooms were clean and newly renovated, with a lovely bathroom and a comfortable mattress, everything I needed for a restful sleep. Before turning in, I had a delicious schnitzel at the restaurant. A very typical Brandenburg place, and I felt well looked after.

I found the stay disappointing and overpriced. The reception was rarely staffed, if at all, and the employees were extremely unfriendly. There’s no lounge or common room for people to spend time together, despite this being called a "hotel." It felt like I wasn’t welcome and that everything was too much trouble for the staff. It’s more like a guesthouse than a hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not worth it.

The hotel is in a quiet part of Luckau, and I felt comfortable there again this year. Although the restaurant was closed that day, I’d been told when making the reservation, and I still got a fantastic breakfast, as always, with far more than I could eat. The price was very reasonable. I’ll be back again this month :)
