The service at reception is very friendly, and the rooms are neat, spacious, and fitted with brand new equipment and comfortable beds. The building has modern design and top-quality finishes. Set in the castle grounds, it’s a lovely spot to relax and go for walks. Stuttgart is relatively close, making this a good alternative to the more expensive hotels there.

The hotel itself was great, with clean rooms and very attentive staff. But the stay was ruined by a film crew. The hotel told us filming wouldn’t disrupt us, yet when we arrived a stern crew member told us to be quiet because they were filming. We hadn’t even known there was filming when we checked in, and moving around the hotel was disrupted too. A great hotel, spoiled by a rude film crew.

Ephrim made sure we had tables reserved every night, and the bar staff were amazing. Everyone was very friendly. I'd stay again, even just for the restaurant and bar.

The main problem was the noise. The walls seem paper-thin, and several of my colleagues and I slept badly because it was so loud. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the hotel is nicely located near the castle and close to the lake.
