We could rent bikes for ten euros a day, which was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is hard to beat, just a two-minute walk to the city center. Fantastic hotel, and we'd recommend it to anyone visiting Luebeck. I'd happily stay again.

The location was really good and the host was very nice. My only problem was how cold the room stayed, even with the heating turned all the way up. I usually sleep at 18°C at home, but this felt even colder. It may have been an unusually cold week: it snowed one day, though the temperature was above 5°C overall. I've never had this happen in a hotel before.

The building has beautiful architecture, the rooms were spotless and lovely, and we were within a 15-minute walk of anywhere in the old town of Lubeck. The staff were friendly and very helpful. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Absolutely recommended 😊

The location is excellent, right in town, and there's a public car park nearby, though no parking at the hotel. The rooms are small and very basic. Breakfast wasn't good, and the portions were tiny.

The location is perfect, and the front desk service was friendly. My room was simple and clean, with a proper double bed rather than two singles pushed together, plus a bottle of water. The €13 breakfast was good for the price, and I was glad to find real hangers in the room. I would have liked more than one bath towel and one hand towel. If you fancy a drink, you can always drop into the lobby bar at Motel One.
