Hotel Herrenhof

We found the location great and parking easy, and I’d like to spend more time in Lübeck on our next visit. The host was pleasant to chat with and spoke fluent English. Breakfast was the usual tasty German fare, and the beds were clean and comfortable in a spacious place. They managed to fit my family of six, including four young children, into two separate rooms even though we hadn’t booked ahead. I hope we can stay again next year.

The staff were really helpful with all our questions, and breakfast was included and very good. It’s a friendly, efficient little hotel, with easy access to the old city and a supermarket nearby. Free parking is available, though there isn’t much of it. Happy to recommend.

The rooms were super clean, and there’s a large free parking area. Breakfast was good, and there’s an outdoor space to sit in nice weather. Soundproofing could be better, since we could hear people heading to breakfast in the morning, but it wasn’t a big problem.

It has a calm, homey feel, and the staff were kind and helpful. I’ve rarely stayed somewhere so clean. Breakfast was really good too, with fresh fruit, eggs, and plenty of other good choices.
